Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on the 7th of September this year. It celebrates Ganesha’s birth and reminds one of what one can do for oneself. There are four important Ganesha mantras, which one can chant to remove obstacles in one’s life.

- Vakratunda Mahakaya Mantra. This mantra means ‘O lord with a curved trunk and a massive form, whose aura is like a million suns, please remove all obstacles from my path in all my endeavors’ summons Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles and to grant the attainment of wealth and prosperity.
- Gajanananam Mantra. Chanting this mantra, it is believed brings blessing and success in all endeavors.
- Mool Mantra. This mantra is a powerful invocation to Lord Ganesh, seeking his blessings for success, prosperity, and fulfillment of desires. It is believed to bring clarity, energy, and positivity to the mind of the chanter.
- Ganesh Gayatri Mantra. It is a form of prayer that seeks to invoke the blessings of Ganesh. It is believed to particularly effective in promoting righteousness, humility and spiritual growth.
