- Intentional Self-Care: Prioritizing your well-being, both mentally and physically and acknowledging that you are your first and last companion.
- Acceptance and support: Embrace your strengths and weaknesses.
- Positive Self-talk: Be forgiving in your inner dialogue.
- Valuing Personal Time: Cultivate your own company and this works on your self-worth and independence.
How hard is it? Being friends with yourself enables you to become resilient and fearless.
