Do we listen to our heart?

We are disrespectful and cruel to our heart. We do not listen to it. We take it for granted. Who is affected when we use all these idioms like broken hearted, heavy heart, sinking heart, cry your heart out, heart ache? We are. Our heart is ever expanding with emotions and feelings. It contracts with our negative sentiments and responses. Therefore, it is up to us to become self-reflective, aware, and compassionate and reciprocate these feelings to others.

Comes as the butterfly tipped with gold
