944 – A Visual Treat

I am in Bad Meinberg and I am enjoying the visual treats and partaking of them. Walking in the forest and appreciating the beauty around me. The lavender is flowering and the bumble bees and honey bees are buzzing about them. There are multicolored wildflowers coming up.

The Ganapati temple is being erected. The Sthapatis (master builders, who are trained in temple architecture) have come from Tamil Nadu, India. They are building the temple. As I walked along, I saw ripening currents on the bushes. What is interesting is that many of the residents of Yoga Vidya, do not know that there are many current bushes. One can pop a few free currents as one walks along.

Then I came in through the open doors of the dining room. There was such synchronicity. The food was being put out. The salads on the table, all colors ranging from greens to orange and red. Jams of different shades of red. Three kinds of sauces and chutneys. Flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and grated coconut. Different breads and crackers. The main meal, steamed vegetables, lentils, Beluga lentils and brown rice. Khichri and porridge like the kind Goldilocks likes. Variety of cereals, with different milks and rosy apples.

I captured all this in my minds’ eye. Dear ones, to see tables laden with such color and nutrition is a joy.
