Swami Sivananda recommends we live wisely: Physical beauty is nothing – it is superficial, illusory and fleeting. External appearance is maya. Brahman is beyond speech, time and causation. It is limitless, it shines with equal effulgence in all bodies. It is pure consciousness, satchidananda. Identify yourself with supreme peace, eternal bliss. Live the divine life, share with others, and melt the mind in the supreme Self. More wise advice can be heard in this inspiring lecture.
