Dear ones, do you make lists? If you do, what is in your list? I will not pry but I have been making lists since I could write. I have taught my sons to do the same. Writing a list, frees one of anxiety. Sometimes it makes one so free, that one forgets what had to do. I am coming to something different now.
There are many kinds of lists. One can have a love list, thank you list and an anger list. Make your lists and see how light and carefree you feel. I am going to start with the anger list. Shed all inhibitions. Once you start penning it down, it will be an eye opener as how the list reduces itself. Now write a thank you list. You will be amazed as it is very, very long. Lastly the love list. You will find your heart filling with joy as you write down, who you love and what you love.
Enjoy writing your lists. Make your heart light and rid it of its burdens of angst and anger. Life is not only about lists in which we have to remember what to do.
