Visualize all your thoughts, feelings, doubts and fears hanging on a clothesline. Let them become bleached and pure. There is no burden on you. You have ceased to be a donkey with such an overload. Your mind is like a field with bright sunshine and you have aired all these emotions, reactions and sentiments.

Open your chest of drawers, take out what is murky, dark and sad. Let it enjoy the sunshine and become bright and light.

Open your cupboards, take out all the memories, hang them on the clothes line.

Oh, what a wonderful way to welcome 2023, being free of our anxieties, dreads and miseries.

No resolve, just hang them on this enormous clothes line and see the powerful healing effect of the warmth. It is like a multifaceted crystal which is bursting with rainbow lights and you can see now your unclouded mind and heart.

Enjoy the freedom and warmth of your heart. Thank the sunshine and Mother Earth.
