How do we deal with sorrow?

We all experience sorrow, it is our understanding and perception which empowers us to become resilient. Sorrow has been written about since the creation of man. There are quotes which give us a deeper understanding and clarity about dejection and regret.

Bear and endure: This sorrow will prove to be for your own good. – Ovid

Sorrow like rain makes roses and mud. – Austin O’ Malley

It is foolish to tear one’s hair in grief, as though sorrow would be made less with boldness. – Marcus T Cicero
