We should be aware that for us to emerge as humans, each one of us went through 84 million births. Why should we lose this wonderful privilege? The first thing to remember is that we are perfect. Let us eliminate our self-doubts and fears. This is possible with our daily sadhana.
Our sadhana enables us to connect with our true selves and with the Divinity. Our practice leads us to become aware and detached. Just the fact that we wish to engage in our sadhana encourages us to keep our balance, which then is transformed into harmony and equanimity. Let us fill our hearts with laughter and be ourselves.
Do not lose yourself in the jungle of your thoughts. Practicing Samvrit pranayama (inhale-pause – exhale – pause) will center you and will empower you to emerge free and fearless. You will find yourself.
