Dear ones, I have come across Sivananda Upanishad, and each page is a treasure. I cannot add anything to what the Master wrote in his letters.

See the Lord in all forms and all forms in the Lord.
See the whole world as the Lord.
Control anger and irritability.
Be simple and humble.
Serve the poor and the sick.
Service is worship.
Have Mother Bhav—Radha Bhav towards your partner.
Do mental prostration.

It is so simply stated if only we could practice what he said. If we could the world would be a perfect place.
