It is so easy to be angry. But after reading this, it makes one think.

From anger arises delusion; from delusion, confusion of memory; from confusion of memory, destruction of intelligence; and from the destruction of intelligence, one perishes. – Sri Krishna

Anger is like a hot coal intended for throwing at someone else—it harms the bearer more than the target. – Gautama Buddha

Practice Samvrit Pranayama

Inhale to the count of 5, pause to the count of 5, exhale to the count of 5-10, pause to the count of 5-10. Practice 11 times, then 27 times, 54 times or 108 times. Count backwards, make no errors. See the change in yourself. Your parasympathetic and sympathetic system are balanced. You feel great.
