Your magic mirror

How do you look at yourself and your life? Do you perceive yourself as others view you in their mirror or see yourself in your own mirror? Are you your own person or do you dance to the tune of your friends? So many questions. How does one answer them? Do you accept the conflicting opinions around you, about yourself? Are your thoughts getting influenced by others?

How does one connect with one’s inner-self? One practices the balancing pranayama. Inhale to the count of 5, pause to the count of 5, exhale to the count of 5 or 10, pause to the count of 5 or 10. This one round, practice 27 to 54 rounds daily, counting backwards and see the change in yourself.

What is happening here?

You are involved in a neutral activity, therefore all the functions in your metabolism are functioning without the ‘thought police’. You are restoring your harmony and therefore when you look in your internal mirror, you see yourself as your own bestie.

Dear ones, try it and see perceive yourself as a blessed person. It is a miracle, which you have performed.
