228 – Easter Sunday, meditate on joy

Easter Sunday is celebrated as a joyous holiday because it represents the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Old Testament and the revelation of God’s plan of salvation for mankind.

Concentrate on a joyous experience. Let it resonate in your being. Feel it enveloping you. Recall it with crystal, clear clarity and one-pointedness as if it is happening now. It leads to total absorption and heightened inner awareness. You will find that your consciousness is altered and dimensions of existence will reveal themselves to you. You will feel the joy in absence of the object, event or the person, who originally caused it. You will be in a state of bliss. Dharana on Joy.

Swami Satyananda Saraswati – Sri Vijnana Bhairava Tantra

What better way to celebrate Easter Sunday than to meditate on the Lord.
