Declaration of Freedom

Whatever may seem to bind or limit you
Declare yourself free from it now.
There is nothing in the outer world
No person, no condition, no circumstance
That can take away the freedom
Which is yours in spirit.
Instead of wishing that you were free
To live your life differently
Accept the truth that right now
You are free, free to change your thinking
Free to change your outlook on life
Free to be all that you long to be.
Make this day of freedom, spiritual freedom,
Declare yourself free from anxiety and fear
Free from any belief in luck or limitation.

Lord Krishna said that luck was an individual’s command over their activities and these activities were his karma. Karma is crucial and that what is in our control, we should continue doing karma no matter what the result is.

Whatever happens to us in our lives is due to the grace of God. Look at a conch shell. It is the skeleton of a sea animal. Yet it is honored and the Brahmins blow it and feel empowered blowing it. It is only because of the grace of God that dignity is given to it. Life is a combination of laughter and sorrow, birth and death. When God showers his blessings, each and every place becomes auspicious.
