A Sadhaka is a spiritual aspirant. In this lecture, Swami Sivananda instructs sadhakas to reduce their wants to the barest minimum, to share what they have, to have sakshi bhav (the witness attitude), and more. The spiritual path is difficult, like the edge of a razor. Patience and perseverance is needed. This lecture is a great motivator for all sadhakas. Historical recording of Swami Sivananda, 1887-1963, one of the greatest yoga masters of modern India.
