Victory over uncertainty

We can never escape uncertainty. What can we do about it? We can be fatalistic or we can be neutral. Being fatalistic is the path that many of us pursue. It is also called happenstance. We have to shake ourselves out of this state.

It is happening to so many of us because our thoughts are troubling and taunting us. Therefore, one clutches the straw, like a drowning man. However, the uncertainty proverbs are very powerful and we have to change ourselves in order to understand their true meaning.

Again, we apply the word, Sphota, which means a flash of insight. We understand the complete meaning because our mind is not teased by our thoughts.

Uncertainty proverb

Embrace the change.

The only certainty is that nothing is certain.

Change is the only constant life. – Heraclitus

The universe is change; our life is what our thoughts make it. – Marcus Aurelius

The whole future lies in uncertainty. Live now, in the immediate present. – Seneca

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its strength.

We are also not allowing ourselves to be “Why me”.
