Welcome love, goodbye resentment

Dear ones, the year is going to end soon. Let us pause and think of all the good things that happened in 2024. In this category, I am putting what made you laugh, sing, dance and pleased.

It is an exercise, which all of us must do. It is surprising that that there have been and will be happening events until the year ends of which we take no notice of. I can randomly think of occasions, when one saw a beautiful flower or a fruit. If one addresses nature, think of the trees, leaves, birds and other creatures which wander. My list can go on and so can yours. Try doing this and you will feel great.

Another sadhana for you: Practice Swadhyaya. Many of you are wise and old souls. However, we need to be reminded it is important for us to be self-aware. What does this mean? We must attempt to understand our own nature. Sometimes our weaknesses are so overwhelming, that we fall into a pit of insecurity and doubts. Sometimes we are so aware of our strengths that we allow our ego to overtake us. We have to know ourselves.

A simple sadhana. Take a book. Your choice. It has to be a book on Philosophy. Read one page each day. Study it. Meditate on it. Allow the information to permeate you.
