According to Swami Satyananda the easiest path to divinity is to think about others. To think about others is to think about God; to serve another is to worship God. Have at least some corners in one’s heart for the suffering and sadness of others. If one helps one’s fellow beings even a little, then God will shower his grace on one.

Upasana is helping others without anticipation or acknowledgement of the action. This is also a spiritual sadhana. By enabling others, one’s mirror will be free of grime. Therefore, one day one will see oneself on the path of self-realization.

Dear ones, let us collectively work on helping each other and those in need. It is not difficult. We can do it.
