Dear ones, none of us is free from our thoughts? They are the culprits, who build on our feelings and emotions. They are very comfortably sitting on the sofas of our mind. They are chilling out and clapping their hands, when we listen to them and feel worse. What is interesting is that they are in everyone’s minds and they do not need to step out.
What do we do now?
It is easier said than done, not to engage or confront them. They are very united and they pile on. We will do a simple sadhana. Became aware of your breath and mentally say So, when inhaling and Ham, when exhaling. Then visualize the breath rising from the navel to the throat, while inhaling and while exhaling visualize the breath descending from the throat to the navel. Include So Ham. Practice for 20 minutes or 108 times, counting backwards.
Now read these quotes. Select one for yourself. You will find yourself free of your fears.

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood. – Madam Curie
He, who is not every day conquering some fear has not learnt the secret of life. – Ralph Waldo Emerson

There is no fear for one whose mind is not filled with desire. – Buddha
