Have you experienced being lost and in the dark? No one is there to guide you. How many of you have felt this darkness within yourselves? We become so immersed in ourselves that we have forgotten what our Gurus said.

“Do not fear the darkness, if you carry the light within you.” Swami Sivananda.

Swami Satyananda Saraswati said, “The Guru is within you. Your consciousness, your atma, your spirit is your guru, and that you always have in you, not outside of you. You are the guru element, and you are the guru explosive. I am only the trigger, and you can use me as trigger.”

“I do not become God, just because you call me God. I am what I am and I shall be what I am.” Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

If we applied what these masters said to our lives, we would be able to lead a harmonious life.
