Pleasure is a subjective and rewarding feeling. It can be physical, emotional or mental. The sources of pleasure are subjective.
What is happiness?
Happiness is a broader and more future-oriented emotional state.
What is contentment?
To cultivate contentment, we must develop the art of gratitude, live in the present, be non-judgmental, empathetic and compassionate. Our mind must become disciplined, calm and steady. We remain in a state of equanimity.
By becoming Karma Yogis, we can travel on the road to fulfillment.
