The main idea in Tantra is having faith in oneself, which according to Tantra is equivalent to having faith in God because neither Tantra nor Vedanta views God as something different from the person. What does divine mean? Divine means our connection to God. Divinity is when we are able to connect our inner self with God. When we can surrender ourselves and recognise that we are what we are. We accept ourselves and are empathetic and compassionate.

Listen to the sounds outside without identifying who or what is making those sounds. Antar Mouna means inner silence and the silence is created because the chatter in your mind has ceased.
