Yoga and Anxiety – Dr. Nalini explains

A very short answer on a question by Sukadev: How does Yoga help with anxieties? Dr. Nalini talks about her work with patients suffering from anxiety problems in the last 30 years. She explains how she used deep relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra) and simple Yoga practices (Pavana Muktasana) and found that these are very effective to overcome anxieties. Dr. Nalini is living in Delhi. For the last few years, she has been teaching others how to use Yoga techniques in counselling. Thus she forwards her valuable experience to others.
